Default Lower intake runner discolorization

I have an 06 Accord v6. The car has 90K miles on it. I have been getting the annoying random misfire codes very often and it sounds to me that I have a noisy valve train. I called honda to make an appointment to have the valves adjusted and they told me they have never done an adjustment before 250K miles and would just be taking my money. Bought manual and began the process today.

When I pulled the upper intake off and looked into the runners on the lower intake one of the runners is a different color than the others. five are caramelized gas color and one is aluminum color. Do I have an injector problem? Do I have five good ones and one bad one or five bad ones and one good one. Or is this completely normal. Thanks in advance for the help.

There is probably something up with the one that is a different color?

I would do a compression test to see if something is up with one of the cylinders.
