Default Lowering 99 Accord LX Advice

Hi, I'd like to lower my 99 Accord LX but know nothing about lowering. Can someone please give me advice on the most cost efficient way to have this done? A mechanic suggested I get 4 eibach springs and they will install it for $50 each wheel. Are 4 springs all I need? Appreciate a great advice. Thanks!

First you have to figure out how low that you want to go. I think that Eibach Pro Kit can be installed without new shocks or adjustment.
