Main relay???
I have a 95 Accord LX a/t 2.2L VTECH I bought this car with a "bad" fuel pump. Guy already bought the pump and straps but couldn't get the rear bolts out for tank and then the car sat 3 years with the straps cut. So I replaced the pump after dropping/ cleaning the tank and rear cross member. No power to pump, checked/cleaned all grounds, plugs, cables...etc can run power to pump and works and jump at relay and works. Replaced main relay, have 12 volts on 5 terminals (3 with relay unplugged) when I should(key on, cranking...) Fuel pump doesn't prime when key is turned one and never gets power from relay when cranking. New relay has part # 39400-SM4-003 and that's what the part stores show for my car but hondapartsnow shows 394-SV4-003. Are these compatible? And the diagram on the new relay seems to show that half of the relay is only 6 volt but I'm seen 12 on everything on the relay when metered.

fuse good, swapped with spare anyway. Resoldered connections on old relay and tried that with same result. All power at relay does drop to 10.4 when cranking. And when metering both internal sides of relay, only have power on half when cranking. Doesn’t seem like both sides switch.
Tested the old pump and works, never was the problem. When ignition is left in the on position d4 starts flashing. Read codes and get a d4 code 14...CEL comes on and never shuts off. Took out ecu and tcm, opened them up and don’t see anything burnt but thinking ecu is bad...
put good battery in from daily driver and had 12.8 key off, 12.6 key on, 11.6 cranking. Same at battery and at the always hot feed at relay.
