I have a 95 honda accord DX MT and the maintenance required has turned red and I do not know what else to check

 

This is usually for an oil change....when was that done last? If needed then have it changed and re-set the reminder....but I have to ask what do you know about the other items, how many miles and what has been done?

i did the oil change about 500 miles ago, the car has about 145000 on it and everything that i know of has been maintained but i am gonna do a timing belt replacement because i do not kno the last time that was changed. does that red light have to be reset after the oil change?

 

"does that red light have to be reset after the oil change? " Yes (kind of), again it is just a reminder for oil changes that goes off milage. So it doesn't really hurt anything...it just bugs me so I always re-set mine. To re-set just inset/push the key into the little slot. It will then go back to green.

 

hey thanks i reset it and now its green again. the red light def bugged me because ive done everything but didnt kno i had to reset the light, such a simple fix
