My 2001 accord was totally dead, not even the radio would come on, then.....

Default My 2001 accord was totally dead, not even the radio would come on, then.....

Then at night it started right up. I checked the battery terminals and they are tight. Does anyone have an idea of what it could have been? It has a car alarm. I think car alarms only disrupt the ignition and not ever bit of electrical in the car though.

If you live around a Advance or Auto Zone...take it there in the morning and let them check it out..It's a Free checkup...

Bad connections (loose/dirty/corroded) at the OTHER end of any of the battery cables?

Aftermarket alarms can disrupt any & everything, depending on how they're designed & wired up.
