yes but you will need to move some stuff from the old motor to the new one like Dist and that may be it.

Either way they are the same motor

I think just the dist like I said before.

Everything else should be the same.

I already said it will not work.

it will not work

It does not work

it is not the right motor

You cannot use a 98

However if you think you can just make sure you get the full harness, ECU, steering column, and factory key with chip in it.

Have fun installing a 98 steering column in your 5th gen Honda. If you do not use the steering column then the motor will not start as the ECU has an imobilizer in it. If you look around you will not find any 6th gen motors in 5th gen cars cause it is just too much work.

You need a 94-97 motor

You may be able to use a 90-93 but you will have to swap over a lot of stuff from your old motor to the new one.
