need help

i have a 96 accord i can get the sunroof to move when i push the button it makes a click noise and its not holding in place

Have a volt meter and some time? Lots of things could be the issue, testing is what is needed.

Lights on my gage went out check the fuels but they were good but they only go out when I turn on my head lights need help plz
