did you reset your codes after the tune up? if you dont reset them they will still be there.

gets hot or warms up? if it is getting hot and dying and then having trouble restarting then that could be a bad head gasket allowing water into the cylinders. Any smoke at start up?

how hot it hot?

The new user area is mostly for welcome & introduction posts, so I'll move this to General Tech.

Complete tune up? Honda brand are very picky when it comes to ignition replacement parts..did you change the plugs..wires?

Also keep in mind the Honda computer is very inaccurate when it comes to misfires. I had a single bad coil two years ago and it was reported by the computer as a misfire on four cylinders.
