Need help!!!! Moved TO Correct Forum Thread
HEy im new here and i need some help on a problem. I have a 92 accord lx 2dr
its a automatic and engine is a f22a1. the problem is that when i get the car going the RPM guage goes crazy when it gets up to about 3K. when i get up to speed and its constant, the car starts jerking and the rpm guage shows it.
it first happened when i got my timing belt replaced, and when i looked up the problem first, it led to the TPS. then i heard crank sensor, then fuel pump and fuel filter. problem is i dont know where the crank sensor is located on this car.
does anyone know where it is and if so can you help me find it
thank you

actually it's more commonly known (for your car anyway) as a pickup coil, it's in the distributor and don't believe it is serviced separately...find a salvage yard distributor and swap it out, may the force be with you
