Default Need help with a side view mirror

Specifically the passenger side of a 2003 Accord. The assembly is completely loose and it moves back and forth in the wind. I had to duct tape it so it could stop but then I realized I have yet another problem. And also, the back part of the housing I just noticed is missing.

The actual mirror is loose aswell and it does not stay in place. when I put the plastic screws in their sockets, i find that the mechanics still work so it's a good thing that's not busted.

but anyway, any have a link to an article on how to fix this thing? I do not like the fact that on the highway or just in general, the mirror goes out of place aswell as the duct tape not being a welcome sight.

OK there are a couple things about the video. The 12mm bolt does not hold the mirror. Only the three 10mm bolts. There is a tab you have to push in to release the electrical connector to let it go out, which is why it took the guy so long to get the mirror off even after the nuts were removed. The mirror glass is removed by inserting a long slender screwdriver in behind the outside end of the mirror glass to pry it off. You will probably need a flashlight to see the slot.

Thanks for the video. nice to see it is something I can do myself with some simple tools. Now to go and order one of the mirrors.
