I just had my side mirrors painted and I think the actual mirror itself is slighty vibrating. Does anyone have this problem painted or not ?

 

My driver's side mirror on my 99 Accord EX is loose and vibrates.
Where it is susposed to flip forward and backward to keep from breaking, it just moves around (the mirror housing).
I tried tightning the screw on the bottom of the housing, but that just makes it rigid, and it won't move at all then.
Maybe you can check that screw.

 

99 LX. Mine does it also. If you know a fix let me know. Mine is just the mirror.
