For the transmission and the O2 sensor, stop by a parts store and have them read the code(s). The connector is behind the ashtray. Post the actual code on here, like P1234.
Is the D4 light flashing while driving? Is the transmission shifting to 4th gear?
Probably need to tighten the tension on the alternator belt. Pretty simple DIY.
The downstream O2 sensor will not hurt engine performance.
Does the window motor still work but just slow? or is did the motor stop working? If slow, recently read where someone cleaned out the rubber track with rag and rubbing alcohol. Used Jigaloo Extreme Temperature Graphite Lubricant to lubricate the track.

i had the code read and the only thing that showed up was an egr code and the o2 sensor code....i put a new egr valve on it and the o2 thats supposed to be in the car wasnt there so i need a new o2 sensor and they are 92 dollars(dont have it)
1. no the d4 light isnt flashing and it DOES shift to 4th gear i just dont think the overdrive cable is adjusted right(too long)
2. ill tighten the belt asap
3. it wont use more gas with no o2 sensor installed?
4. the window motor does work and the cables arent broke but the cables are no longer on the track and i cant get them undone...the passenger side window rolls down slow tho(sounds like its struggling)

Your car has two O2 sensors. There is one that is bolted into the exhaust manifold on the front of the car. The engine computer uses that sensor to adjust the air/fuel ratio.
The second sensor is plugged into the catalytic converter. All that sensor does is monitor the catalytic converter, and the engine computer does not use it to change the amount of fuel going into the engine. It is there for emissions only. Your car might not pass emissions with that sensor out. So what code are you getting?
The squeal sounds bad, but you don't have to freak out about it. The squeal can come from either the alternator or the PS belt. I would loosen the two alternator bolts on the right of the alternator (one is 14mm and the other is 12mm). Turn the adjuster bolt (10 mm bolt on the bottom) one whole turn, tighten the other two bolts. See if the problem goes away. Repeat one more time on the alternator belt.
If that doesn't eliminate the squeal, then try tightening the PS belt one turn using basically the same method.
