I just bought a 2003 honda accord and the dealer only had one original key which is equiped with the remote door lock. I don't have the identification tag so is it possible to get another remote key without the indendification tag.

 

You'll need to see the local dealership parts dept.
Probably check with your bank loan officer first. LOL
those keys with remote/immobilizer system cost around $90
