Default New 2014 accord. After a cold start, the car appears to hesitate...

Have a brand new 2014 accord. After a cold start, the car appears to hesitate until after being driven for several minutes. Any ideas?

If your model has the CVT, the transmission may need a new valve body kit and software update. There was a service bulletin for the 2013 Accords with CVT; but, the similar issue seems to also affect some 2014 based on what some 2014 Accord owners have reported. See this other thread:
https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...mpy-cvt-59176/

This is what part of the service bulletin states:

Honda Service Bulletin 13-053

SYMPTOM
A surge, hesitation, or judder may be felt as the vehicle
accelerates from a stop. The symptoms are more
noticeable before the vehicle is fully warmed up.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The continuously variable transmission (CVT) needs
hardware and software updates.
