RE: new car vandalized...any suggestions?
I have my car back now and it seems fine. Salesman sez this is not uncommon. He was told by a H____ U.S.A. rep was that probably when the previous owner had their oil changed last time the "changer" stuck the bolt in the drain so he/she would't get wet. So I would advise everyone who doesn't do their own oil changes to check with their service provider to see if they do this to the cars they service during the summer.
