Default new exhaust manifold gasket doesn't match old one

So I was replacing my exhaust manifold, and I noticed a few things. 1. The new gasket doesn't match the old one. 2: The new one doesn't cover a few holes the old one DID cover. I attached a picture where I circled the "holes" (ports?) in question. I kinda guessed it wasn't a big deal, because the manifold doesn't cover those areas anyway, so it's not like just a gasket there would prevent anything from coming out/getting in. Thanks for any help!

It is fine that it doesn't cover those holes as they serve no purpose.

The bigger question is where did all your studs go? Did they really all come out with the nut?

Haha thanks for the help. Yep they did, I figured that was part for the course though, cause the only two studs that stayed in were on opposite sides so I just assumed that was for a reason. Got it all back on and torqued down (to 23 ft/lbs). Just need to put the new header ipe and cat on then ill be set.
