newbie with a 2008 accord 2.2 I-DTech problem

Hi guys new to the forum as I need some help with my honda which I have had for a few years.

Right the car in question is a 2008 facelift honda accord 2.2 i-DTEC 6sp MANUAL

The problem I Have is when you stop the car and take off again it is holding back and does not have much power.

no lights etc come on. Once the car is switched off and on again its fine until you stop and take off.

It does not smoke or make any funny noises

any ideas what it could be?

Is this a new problem that just started? Was any work/maintenance done right before you noticed this problem?

How many miles are on it? This is not a US accord, so where are you located?
