Default No power to fuel pump

I am in need of some help!

I have a 96’ Honda Accord, I got the car after sitting for a little over a year, the previous owner said the fuel pump was bad. So I replaced the fuel pump. Car started and ran fine! Then next morning all it would do is turn over, I messed with it, check the fuses. all good and still nothing! Then it started and ran fine for the day, then quit agains. I did some checking and found it was getting Intermitting power to the fuel pump, but once started it would run fine. So I replaced the main fuel pump relay. At First nothing change, but playing with it I got it to start, drove it home and now it won’t start. There is no power to the fuel pump now and all fuses are good. I know the file pump still works cause removed and tested it.I had a mechanic tell me about a main relay other than the main fuel relay, but I’m unsure on where it is or if that should be my next step to check. Also I know the wire from the fuel panel to the pump is good. Thank In advance!

Are you using a volt meter or test light to test for power at the fuel pump? How are you connecting the meter to test (like where and which wire is being used for + and what wire or area are you using for your -)?
