Default No Reverse

Hey guys. this is fairly new to me so bare with me. i have a 1999 Honda Accord EX with the 2.3L F23A1 and the 5 speed tranny. the car has 194,XXX miles on it. ive only had for a couple months. when i bought the car i had a new clutch installed. a couple days a go a was driving and a accidentally grinded going into 3rd. ever since that happened i have no reverse. i have gears 1 through 5. but when i try to go into reverse its like something is blocking it. there's no grinding or anything like that. if just feels like there is something blocking it.

Thanks guys. the help is appreciated

Have you checked the linkage? Also when was the last time the fluid was changed/checked?

Did this start "all at once" or has there been other issues with shifting before this happened.
