So i brought it to the shop today to get a valve adjustment, they say its a different sound then before. and it is just the loud injectors. Is this true?

 

We can't say that's the only sound going on in YOUR car. But yes, Hondas are kinda known for louder injectors (clicking sound).

I suppose with a scrap piece of garden hose (poor-man's stethoscope) you might be able to pinpoint the location of the sound. The injectors are alongside the valve cover, so that might be it.
