Oil leak from small plate/cover on head?

Can anyone tell me what this small plate is called and what it’s covering? It’s on a 03 Accord, 2.4L, 200k miles. It is on the head near timing belt cover and behind the AC pump. Picture was taken from over the passenger side fender.
After fixing oil leaks at the valve cover gasket and VTEC Solenoid, I think I’ve tracked down the last leak on the wife’s car to this thing. Leaks fairly bad while running. I’m not super savvy working on newer imports but hoping to fix this myself.

It's some kind of strainer for the VTEC system. And it looks like you have to remove a bunch of stuff to get the lower bolt...(fun).

What looks like the gasket under that plate is called a strainer (#11 in the picture) part # 15845-RAA-A01 for $5 to $10 at a dealer. Mail order on the cheap end of that but shipping probably eats up the savings?

That photo shows the cleanest engine of any 200k mile car I've ever seen. Nice!

Thanks Jim, for the help! Exactly what I needed. Seems to be a little nasty to get to but I’m going to give it a shot later this week.
