fram oil filters dont flow well and sludge up also, from what I understand. Its probably clogged and starving my engine from oil.

It's a possibility, just keep in mind that if that doesn't fix your issue you're going to wind up pulling the oil pan and will want a good clean container so you can re-use the oil

did it sound like a metal noise?? did it get louder if you revved up the engine ?? bearing noise??

seriously, i saw this TV special where they stuck spy cameras in parts of their cars and took em to jiffy lube to get service, and they didnt get the service they payed for in 5 out of 9 jiffy lubes they went to.
