I think bernardiparts.com might be a good source. I haven't bought anything from them, but when I was looking for a replacement OEM cat converter, theirs was a couple hundred cheaper than my local dealer's part store.

Also, Advanced auto parts have ridiculous online coupons available all the time, just google. You can strike some good deals if you buy a lot at once. I've never made a purchase with that store without using coupons. The most popular is the $10 off $30 coupon. They also ship items so you don't have to drive there if they're too far.

 

I assume you are talking about the splash guards on your vehicle. The "thingy" you are asking about are called splash guard retainer clips/fasteners.
