First off welcome to the forum

Only thing I can recommend is to try and adjust it as much as possible.

Some have done mod's to the seat? There are a few threads around, you'll have to search as I don't have any links saved, on this site about what they have done/did.

Thanx poorman.. I looked around and saw mikebike125 did a really good write-up on how to improve the uncomfortable knee in the back feel that the accord has in the driver seat... however, the pics do not match up to the mess that I saw when I took the back of my seat off, now I have to figure out how to disassemble this thing..

Now there is a cool idea from Ang

For the '08, not sure if you have a manual that will help with how the seat is put together or not. You might be able to get some ideas on the construction by going to one of the many online Honda dealers and looking at the drawings/parts for the seat.

Thanx again poor and Ang <--(sick ride btw).. i'll make a trip to OffDepot since my buddy is a manager and I will try to find some drawings online for the seat manufacturer (Lear) so I can tear this thing apart and make something to fit in there without compromising the stupid head restraint system... but for now my main concern now is safety... I have to get new rotors, pads, and front tires.. any help would be greatly appreciated

Pads and rotors are not that bad, do you have some basic metric tools?

Can't help with tires....I just go for round, black and hold air when shopping for them

Ok, didn't know......? I read and meet so many different people I can't keep up with who can/does what I hope you understand.

Again, what brand type of pads or rotors is a debate. So I don't really want to go there.....again hope you understand.
