Exclamation overflow tank problems

97 accord 2.2L. I flushed the radiator and so much gunk and white stuff came out and radiator looked brand new i also replaced the thermostat and radiator cap, i filled it up with coolant and it worked fine. today in stop and go traffic it was steaming from the front passenger side headlight but the temp gauge was fine. when i got back home i opened my hood and the cap and hose from the overflow bottle was out and there was white gunk all under my hood and engine. the car never once got hot today. what do i need to do now? Pictures are below sorry they are sideways.

Hard to tell. Be sure the hose between the rad and overflow is connected and no holes in it.

Next, recheck the rad level.

Start the car up and let it warm up to temp and check for any leaks.

Usually not.....

Since the levels are fine, start the car and let it run.....look for leaks, keep an eye on the temp gauge.

To me, there is a leak somewhere.

ok i just started it with heater **** on heat, messaged hoses with engine running and cap off, filled up rad, drove it real good about 2 miles, temp gauge never once moved from normal and no hissing but gurgling, i bought one of those radiator caps with the safety release and i pulled the lever but it done nothing, where do you think the leak is at. i also replaced the upper rad hose the other day.

Not sure where or if there is a leak....you'll have to answer that one

On the t-stat housing (where the lower hose connects to the engine) there is a green two wire connector on a switch. Remove the connector, from the wire side of the connector, use a paperclip or piece of wire and jump the two female pins. Turn the key to "on".

BOTH fans should run. If not then we need to do more. Which one (please use "drivers side" or "pass side) is not working.
