Default Overheating, white smoke, oil in cylinders.

I have a 97 accord LX-L4 2.2L, 2156cc engine. Type F22B2 MFI GAS SOHC.

It overheats super fast, the plugs have melted into the cylinders once already. I only drive it 2 blocks back and forth every day to work. Been walking lately. But there is: White smoke coming from exhaust every so often. There's oil in the cylinders, the last two plugs have recently been popping up out of the cylinders when I go into 2nd gear. I've replaced the thermostat, the radiator, IACV, plugs and wires. The oil is backed up somewhere, I know there has to be a blockage because the dipstick is smeared in oil half way up. I don't know much about cars, but I know it may be a cracked head! Someone please advise!

Given your background you're probably best off finding a good motor in a bone yard and swapping out the entire engine.
