It should be after the cat, sticking out of the pipe. You really can't miss it!

Finch,
Thanks a lot for all your help, I will have to find a dry place as it's snowing around here now and take a look for this thing and, hopefully, will be able to deal with it on my own.

Thanks,
Art

Finch,
one more thing, this may be different now, but the dealer gave a part #, which when I looked for it says the part is a SENSOR, AIR FUEL RATIO. Is this the same thing as the rear o2 sensor or is it something else?

nope theyre exactly the same. O2 sensors measure the air/fuel ratio and Honda just enters a weird description for some of their parts.

Thanks, Finch, I guess I will order the part and if not able to put it in myself will have some mechanic do it, locally. Either way, should be cheaper than the dealer.

Thanks, again,
Art

Yes, a mechanic should not charge you more than a half hour to do it (roughly $40-50). If he tries to charge you more, take the car somewhere else.

Default o2 sensor

Hate to bring this up from the dead but 2005 accord 4cly. 2nd bank problem with the o2 sensor. any pics on unpluging it, is seat removal needed.

2005 4-cyl only has one "bank". Do you mean 2nd sensor? If so, I think you can peel back carpeting under the front edge of the front passenger seat to find the plug. Unplug & feed the wire down thru the floor.
