oxygen sensor (o2 sensor)

Default oxygen sensor (o2 sensor)
i have a 2003 accord lx 4 cyclender. Then diagnostics report stated that the heating sensor was bad in bank 1 sensor 2. I was to;d the my car has three O2 sensors. My question is where are all three located and which one is bank 1 sensor 2?
