Default p0131 code

I got a code for p0131 on my '00 accord v6. I changed to upstream up sensor, the code hasn't come back but the car has an erratic idle. it also doesn't want to go sometimes like it isn't getting any gas when its cold and warming up, somewhere around 2k rpms. it also seems kinda sluggish. was going to test the fuel pressure but apparently the honda's don't have a fitting for that. Where do i go from here?

Were these symptoms present before you changed the O2 sensor?

Maybe clean the EGR port on the intake. There is an ericthecarguy video on youtube for the V6 engine from Honda (it may be for an Acura, but same engine).

Was there any work done to the car right before this started happening?

now that I think about it i did seafoam it 2 weeks ago through the brake booster. Maybe my pcm just needs to be reset or something. I'll clean the egr port too.

I cleaned to erg port, car is running great, but i have yet to test it on a cold day. Got a new intake manifold gasket too cause the old one broke apart one me. One problem though i overtorqued the nut on one of the studs for the manifold, and broke the stud. Will it be ok with one broken stud? It does seem to run much better....but maybe i should spray some carb cleaner down there and make sure i dont have any vaccume leak from the broken stud.
