car has delay when shifting up gears, but it down shifts smoothly.

Error Codes
P0740 - TCC Circuit Malufunction
p1750 - Mechanical Problem in Hydraulic Control System of A/T Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid

Please help.....I'm new to cars.....

Could this be one of the solenoids or a sticky plunger?
