Default Painting back of side mirrors.

The back of the side mirror is peeling off, i want to paint it but i dont know whay i need, i understand bondo and spray paint? any help would be appreciated.
if ill need to do anything else, use something else, or how to apply the bondo, im guessing i only need a small amount, can u recommend any brands?
i have never painted anything with bondo, please take me step by step. Or do i even need bondo or just primer and then paint it?

thanks

I would sand the paint to get everything even. Primer, paint, then clear coat.

Since there is probably exposed plastic, I think that you need plastic adhesion promoter first.
