Default PLSSSS NEED HELP WITH ACCOR DCLOCK SETTING

CAN ANY ONE PLS TELL ME HOW TO RE-SET THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM (GPS). I HAVE A JAPANESE DOMESTIC MODEL ACCORD 03. THE CLOCK SHOWS JAPANESE TIME ONLY. I TRIED TO RE-SET BY PULLING OF THE BATT TERMINALS AND PUT IT ON AGAIN. BUT IT SHOWS 1:00 O CLOCK FOR SOME TIME AND JUMPS BACK TO JAPANESE TIME AGAIN.

I TRIED TO TRANSLATE THE MANUAL FROM JAPANESE. IT SAYS THE CLOCK IS BEING CONTROLLED BY GPS, SO THERE IS NO NEED TO SET

PLS TELL ME IS THERE ANY WAY TO SOLVE THIS ONE.

ALSO CAN ANY ONE TELL ME IF YOUR AUDIO AND CRUISE CONTROLS BUTTONS ON THE STEERING WHEEL ILLUMINATE ON PARKING LIGHT OR NOT?

FASTER RPLY WOUL DBE REALLY APPRECIATED

even thought the clock is set for Japaneese time - it is possible to set it for USA time zone.

you have 2 choices - try to read the manual and play with GPS yourself, or dealer has mechanics specially trained for that stuff.

are those lights illuminate when the lights are on? or they're off all the time?

Thanks Evlampius. But i cannot read the full manual, as it is in Japanese Lang.

Reg Steering buttons lights. They dont illuminate at all. But i saw on www.honda.co.uk there is this Brochoure of Accord in PDF format. I saw that the lights on the steering wheel button illuminate.

No i have not checked the fuse as yet. But since everything else is working fine. Do u think there will be one dedicated fuse just to contorl these 2-3 small lights?

Do u think i should open the steering wheel? Is it any dangerous i mean for the airbag and all.

Yes Rasher, better to play it safe and not mess up anything with the GPS or the Air Bag..I hear that they go off and scare the hell outta you plus make you look like a powerded donut..
