im trying to get my bumper off to smoke out my headlights

i have a 93 honda accord Ex 4dr

do i even have to remove the bumper to get to remove the headlight housing....grr its getting dark out

after you have the bumper turn signal lights removed, you should be able to look up in behind the bumper and see the 12mm bolts holding the bumper bracket to the radiator cowling.

idk, i have the bumper signla lights out and the bolts at the top right behind where the lights would be

i can literally push my bumper up from the bottom

ive searched everywhere and cant find anything holding it on but these

and they wont pop off or screw off, and some are under the headlight that i cant get to...
