Question Possible 4-bolt to 5-bolt swap?

OK, I'm brand new to the forum, but NOT new to working on my Accords...I currently own a 98 2.3L, so it's a 4-bolt... A couple years ago I owned a 98 3.0L that an ex of mine rolled BUT, I did keep some of the parts...to include all the suspension front & rear. One thing I've wanted to do since I bought this car was swap the disc brakes out on it, but the endeavor may be...involved...since it's going from 4 bolt to 5, and probably diff wheel bearings? Just wondering if anyone would have any suggestions on just how do-able it would be or would it be worth it? The extra boost I have to now get it is I bought a set of 17" 5 bolt wheels today for cheap, and I want to get them on. Also, not sure if this would be the best area to post this..re-post for me please if it needs it. Thanks for any help!!
