Default power steering swap/installation

Hi guys,
My post doesn't pertain directly to Honda Accord but I hope you are not going to kick me out of the forum LOL...I have a great opportunity to buy a 95 Civic Hatchback DX 5-speed for $1K but it has no a/c and POWER STEERING (?!?) originally installed by the factory. It was so hard for me to park it on a one-way street and I told myself that I'm not going to buy that one since it has no p/s. I was thinking if there is any possibility of installing/swapping a power steering from a wrecked one? Any "guesstimate" how much it would cost? Is it worth trying?
Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated!

As for the cost ,, it depends where you get the parts and who does the work..........

i would go to a salvage yard and look for a civic lx ,,,
there is quite a bit of work involved ...

I appreciate your outcome very much. I'm still unsure if I want to do that or not...One of my friends said that he has had the same Civic and it didn't bother him that much...

it's not so bad once you're moving. Just when you're parking and stuff...
