Primary 02 Sensor 96 accord 5 speed

Default Primary 02 Sensor 96 accord 5 speed

Need help locating the primary sensor on my 96 accord 5 speed vtec f22b engine
Any pictures would help out alot

I guess it's an EX? The front O2 sensor is further down the exhaust pipe, behind the oil pan, but before the catalyst. It's #31 here, just after the 2 pipes join together into 1.

yes ex i need help locating both 02 sensors i located the primary one but my check engine is marking front and rear and i have no clue were the rear one is located

One is in front of the converter and the other is behind the converter.
Replace both to make it right...

According to my Honda Manual..it reads that the 1992 to 1995 Accord has the F22B engine...you said you have a 1996..?

Please correct me if I'm wrong

In that picture (1996 Accord EX 4-door 5-speed) the front sensor is #31, the rear sensor is #32.

The rear sensor is actually screwed into the side of the cat, which is #3. The picture is a bit funny, because the rear sensor is actually LOCATED about where part #50 is shown.

i have no clue the car is salvaged ne one has a clue why vtec isnt working

onn all the dmv papers it says its a 96

The 96-97 engines are f22b engines too. Angelo, maybe your manual was printed in 1995?

Did you find both O2 sensors?
