a Question about 06 Accord glovebox light

Default a Question about 06 Accord glovebox light
I just noticed that, the glovebox light of my 06 Accord SE is always on when the interior light/parking light is turned on, even if I do not open the glovebox.
I just wonder if this is normal.

yep honda has been doing that for many many years. completely normal.

I agree with Lightshow.. I first noticed this in my 03 and had to verify myself. I believe it states it in the owners manual somewhere. Not sure of their thinking behind this, but it is definetly normal.

Just wonder why not save some electricity. It's not typical Japanese style.
