....I was hoping if someone can help me out!...I have a 99 accord sedan...with 2.3 vtec....my question is will the auto-manual transmission from the tL..fit onto my block?

 

The TL is a V6, so I would guess that you can't bolt it to your I4 engine.

You may be able to use a TSX transmission, but you will have to search around for that information. The TSX transmission is for a 2.4L engine, so it may not work either.

 

you can only use F series or H serie trannys. h22, h23,f20(Im almost 100% sure this is the same tranny as f22s) f22, f23 trannys. Thats all the that will bolt up 2 your engine.

 

yes your right J series and K series will not bolt up to your f23 engine

 

thanks.....i was going for a long shot....it just would b nice to have...compare to my auto!....

 

if you want shorter gears go with h22 or h23 tranny they come in 5speed and auto. autos are harder to find tho...
