Default Question on bad catalytic converter and oxygen sensor

Today, my car stalled out when I was waiting for the traffic light, and I couldn't restart the car, nor could I pull the key out. After someone helped me to push the car for a short distance, I tried to pull the key out and restart it again. It worked.

So my question is what is likely to cause this problem?

Some info about my car:

2006 Honda Accord SE, Auto Transmission, 2.4L 4-cylinder
Second hand car, ~164,000 mile age

I went to an auto shop to have them check my battery and the starter, and they didn't have problems.

Also, two months ago, my engine light went on, and the auto shop guys told me that it was the problem of the catalytic converter and oxygen sensor. I didn't fix them, and so they turned the light off. The engine light went on today again when I first started the car. After around 5 minutes of driving, I was there waiting for the traffic light, and the car stalled out. This makes my wonder if the catalytic converter or the oxygen sensor could be a possible factor of stalling.

Please help me!! Thank you!

We can't assume the code you have now is the same as a while back. Get the code(s) and post the actual code and not the description. We can go from there.
