I was wondering would it make a difference if i decided to swap my current radio/cd changer with one from an 03, 05, 06 accord sedan?

btw my specs 04 accord v6 5spd amt coupe (no nav)

im asking this cause my radio's lcd display cracked ( bastard cut me off i slammed on the brakes hard causing something from the backseat of my car to fly and hit it) and i need to replace it, thinking of buying the replacement off ebay

They should be interchangeable. What I would do is go to hondapartscheap.com, enter your info, and see if the radio part number matches up between all the years (03-07).
