Question Rad. Support question

I was using the search function on this site, and did not find a clear, decisive answer to my question. The car I own now has has had previous front end damage. The radiator support is pretty well trashed, and I was wondering if anyone had ever replaced the whole front end support. This is the one that I found online

1994 1997 Honda Accord 4 Cylinder Engine Radiator Core Panel Mounting Support | eBay

My real questions are, is this something feasible to do in a weekend without the use of pneumatic tools and just one helper? What kind of alignment issues may I run into? Should I need to paint this part?

Thanks in advance!!!

These core supports are spot welded into the car. So you will need a spot weld drill bit or some other way to pop the spot welds. You will also require a welding machine to put it back in place.

How long it will take depends on your mechanical ability and knowledge of the car. If you have never done anything like this before. It will probably take you an entire weekend or more to get everything done. As long as everything goes smoothly it should be a 2 day job. If you run into some rusty bolts or alignment issues that can chew up time very quickly.
