When hot, the hoses are supposed to get hard because of the pressure. But they're not supposed to leak. Maybe it needs a new hose.

get what is called cooling system hose kit from the honda dealer ,, that will include all the cooling system hoses, ( radiator, heater, bypass hoses ). it is best to do them all at once , will save you money and time versus doing them 1 at a time

Difficult to tell just how hard the hoses get from a post on the web. A bad radiator cap CAN make the pressure too high. The rubber disk (part of the cap) is spring-loaded against the neck of the radiator, so if that spring action doesn't work the pressure will be wrong.

Caps can be pressure tested using a pump-type of thing that measures the pressure. Or if the cap is cruddy & doesn't operate smoothly, invest in a new one.

Pressure test the system is my suggestion.
With a pressure tester in place on the radiator cap start the engine and let it warm up, to see what pressure gets up to.
Or if there is a big temp difference from the top hose and bottom hose after the engine idles 5 minutes, it could be a plugged up radiator.
Likewise top hose gets rock hard and bottom hose will squeeze easy.
