First, reconnect the battery...
Then assuming its a recent Honda, there should be a radio code which has to be entered. You will have to post the make and model of the vehicle in order to get any worthwhile help.

Hold the one and six buttons while you turn the radio on; the radio should then give you a reference code.
Write the code down and stop by the local honda parts dept.
Have the VIN# handy as well
They should be able to give you the code you need to get the radio working again
