Default Radio Antennae

I was recently in an accident in my 2005 Accord (rear-ended in the passenger side) where my bumper, back tail light, fender and trunk were effected. When I picked up my car from the body shop, I had to reset my radio with the code. It will play XM and CD but will not pick up any radio stations. I took it back to them and they were unable to find any disconnected wires or cut wires when they unassembled the back interior panels. Can anyone give me information about where the connection to the radio antennae is and what may be happening? The back window did have to be removed while welding, etc. was completed.

Thanks!

I would be all over that body shop to get it fixed. If it was working before the wreck, it should work after the wreck. Did the other party's insurance company pay for the repairs? If so, did they tell you to use that body shop?
