Default Rattling/Clunking sound with going over cracks in road?

I got a rattling/clunking noise when I am going over bumps/cracks in the road. It rarely does it at very low speeds. A mechanic told me it's my stabilizer bar links? Could it be this? Ball joints were checked out and none were worn. Noise is coming from front and rear

Default Rattling/clunking

It could definetly be the stabilizer bar links. Less expensive than ball joints too.

I had a mechanic tell me my lower ball joints were going, and should be replaced in the future, but gave me a way high price. I delayed, then took it to a friend of a friend, who told me the ball joints were great, and the sway bar links (prolly same thing) were bad.

Instead of $373 at the dealre for ball joints, it was $182 for the sway bar links. Also told me they were more dangerous if they went bas, as they could take out an axle as they spun free.
