really want to keep the accord but...
i'm new here and have some questions for fellow 05 accord owners.
1.my accord is a 5spd with 77k on it and recently the clutch has started chattering a bit when taking off from a stop. especially on damp days. anyone having this issue? it's really getting annoying.
2.Does anyone have a solution to the squeaky rubber on metal door jambs? It's a fairly common problem and not just with Honda. I've tried all the lubes that are recommended by Honda but it is very short lived. i need a permanent solution. I've noticed that some of the German cars have felt door jamb seals. This seems to take care if it.
3. Is the parking brake adjustable? i find it hard to believe that it's not. Mine pulls all the way up but still wont hold tight on a hill and honda tells me thats all they can do and its not adjustable. what??
4.Does anyone have a silver hood they'd like to sell? I hit a deer and have some hood damage.

1&2 - Not sure what you can do on either of these.
3 - The parking brake should be adjustable. If you have to pull it up that much for the rear brake pads to catch, I would inspect the rear brake pads to see how much friction material you have left.
4- Check out car-part.com. You can search local junkyards by distance for a hood. You may find one for a reasonable price.
