rear drivers side wheel problem. HELP!

I'm having an issue with my rear drivers side wheel. I noticed this yesterday just out of the blue, any time I make a right turn, that wheel makes this high pitched screaching/grinding sound. As soon as I straighten the wheel back out, the sound ceases. The sound ONLY occurs when making a right hand turn, and never when driving straight or turning left. It is almost assuredly coming from only the drivers side rear wheel also. Any idea what this could be??? More importantly, how much a fix might cost??? Thanks for helping a newbie out.
have you even tried to remove the wheel and look in there ?? chk the rear brake pads ? If you have not,, do that ,, you might be able to answer your own question...
I cannot diagnose the noise from where i am at ,, so it will take some work on your end,, and first thing you should do is to remove the wheel and see if anything looks unusual or loose,,
If you got NO mechanical experience or any tools you might want to take it to a shop for a proper diagnose ,, go to a shop that specializes on Hondas or the dealer
And i at this point have no clue how much it would cost to fix without knowing what needs to be fixed ..
if it is the rear pads,, a shop might charge you around $120-140 parts+ labor using Honda factory pads,, if you do it yourself it will cost you around 50-60 dollars for Honda pads ,,,,

Sounds like wheel bearing to me. Jack it and see if there is any play in the wheel by rocking it at the top. Rear wheel bearing will usually only make a sound with the car leaning in one direction.
