Default Rear wheels making rumbling sound

I just ordered sway bar bushings and will be putting those on my 94 Accord because the front end was clanking like it was going to break when going over dips and groovy roads. I have also been hearing rumbles consistantly from the rear. It's funny, all it takes is me pushing down on any part of the car's rear(I can even gently push down on the rear seats and hear the rumbling sound). The sound is pretty much consistant now and it s=also sounds like the tires are making that droning road noise sound as if they are bad. Can this problem also be bushings or would it be bearings?

wheel bearing and tires will make noise ONLY while car is moving down the road ,, NOT, by just pushing down on it,, if noise is ONLY by pushing down,, it could be the struts or other rear suspension components
to test the tirs just look at the wear pattern .
to test the bearings raise the car up and spin the wheel , if you hear a rumbling ( humming ) sound bearing is no good .
Raise the car up and chk the rear suspension parts,
