Hello All, new user here. I just bought a 2007 Accord VP (Value Package). It doesn't have the remote audio controls but it does have the blank spot for them.

Is it possible to buy the remote controls from the dealer and install them myself?
Is the wiring to the radio even there and would the radio even accept the signals?

 

well. i think it would work... the only reason i say that is becasue my blazer(YES I KNOW not a honda), had been hooked up for everything, like pwoer heatd driver/passger seats.. even though it didnt come with them, it still had the plug(which i have later installed leather and heatedseats. it also had wiring all set up for foglights but just didnt have a swicth for them, sure enough i went to the junkyark, got a switch found the foglight wires, and they worked... so there is a good chance it will
