Question Replacing Headlight Assembly 96 Accord - Bumper Screws Under Headlight?

I need to replace the headlight assemblies on my 96 Honda Accord. You have to take off the bumper to replace the headlights which is a PIA.

I have everything off bumper but there are 2 body screws UNDER the headlights. I'm unsure how to access these without removing the headlights but you can't get the headlights off without removing the bumper. Bit of a catch-22. How do you access these body screws?

I noticed some people on online said to take off the Whole Bumper and Not just the Bumper Cover. How do I do this? What's the trick I am missing? If you could provide pictures that would be much appreicated.

If you are talking about the screws in the picture, then you have to remove the turn signal assemblies.

I removed the side marker lights, but you are talking about the front lights from the picutre. This will enable me to access the screws under the headlights?

I don't know if that works. These are screw clips that need to be accessed from the top it looks like.

If you're talking about the plastic screws, most of the time you can just pull the bumper or panel and they will pop out...break a couple, no big deal, Honda has a 55 gallon drum full of them.

The video doesn't show how to get the screws UNDER the headlights off and only shows 5. I watched that one.

Could I just get a knife under there and cut them?
